What is SCollect?
SCollect is an Electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) made to measurement designed to collect data from clinical trials and observational studies. Developed by a group of data scientists specialized in medical software, SCollect is the most complete and adaptable tool for any kind of trial or study. Our key methodology allows us to reduce significantly the creation of each eCRF.
What do I need to use SCollect?
To use SCollect you only need an electronic device (computer, tablet, smartphone) connected to the internet and a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).
Is it compatible with tablets and smartphones?
Yes it is. As it is a web application with responsive design, it adapts to any kind of device.
Do I need to install any software to use SCollect?
SCollect doesn’t need any additional software neither pre-installation to use it in any smartphone or computer. A web browser is all you need.
About the features of SCollect
How do you export the trial's data?
From the Datasets section you can export all the data collected in your trial or study, in SAS or SPSS format.
Can you define different access levels to each user?
Yes you can. Actually you can define as many different roles as you need, each one with specific permissions, and you can assign one or more roles to each user.
About data security and rules
Does SCollect comply with best good practices and regulations such as FDA's and EMA's?
Yes, SCollect is a validated software that conforms to all the good practices and regulations specified by the FDA, EMA, GDPR ( FDA 21 CFR part 11, GDPR UE 2016/679, GCP E6, EMA EU GMP Annex 11 ).
Where are SCollect's servers located?
Each SCollect trial and study is located at an Amazon AWS instance in the cloud.
Do you do any backups of each trial?
Sure, we execute daily database backups of each trial.
